The voucher and account are different products
Neosurf’s official website describes vouchers for online payments and a myNeosurf account for managing balances and transactions. A statement about one product should not be treated as the complete terms of the other.
Deposit support is only one direction
A site accepting a funding method has not thereby explained how an account balance can be withdrawn. In a comparison, record the incoming payment method and the outgoing route in separate fields. Leave either blank when it has not been established.
Keep a voucher code private

Compare the currency and limits
